The table provided consists of two primary areas: valuation and ownership.

In the valuation area, input the present company valuation (for example, $1 million) and the total number of shares currently issued (for example, 200,000 shares).

In the ownership area, specify the investment amount contributed by each investor in the funding round (for instance, $100,000 from investor 1, $250,000 from investor 2, and so forth).
